3. Refund Policy

Service fees are payable in full upon agreement. If a service has not commenced, clients may request a fee refund within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days after approval. Once a service milestone is reached (for example, document submission to authorities), fees are non-refundable due to administrative commitments.

3.2 Information Products

Digital guides and overview reports are available for download immediately upon purchase. Clients may request a refund within 7 days of download if the product is unused. 3.3 Physical Goods

Printed materials and branded merchandise are covered by a 30-day refund policy. To qualify, items must be unused and in original condition. Clients must ship items to the address above. Shipping costs are reimbursed only when a fault is confirmed.
